Legalism and Confucianism
Legalism and Confucianism were both forms of solutions to the umteen occupations china had. Legalism though was merely a short time, it send the foundation for written rights. Confucianism on the other hand was rattling just centered on respect and education. Legalism was just a way to solve a problem. Both belief systems were very different in the aspects of societal mobility, Importance Chinese history and poetry (Education), Relationships between individuals in society, and level the role of the presidency.\nThe two major belief systems of China consist of Legalism and Confucianism, the major problem both were to set disclose and fix was disoblige. Legalism was a system based on punishments and rewards. If rewards argon high and so what the pattern wants will be quick effected, if punishments be heavy then what he doesnt want will be prevented. Con fucianism took a very different onset to issue on disorder it was based on the lesson example of superiors, was the Confucian samara to a fix. For Confucius there was a hierarchy, called the five relationships where someone was constantly superior to another and the only when equal relationship was a friend to a friend. Legalist believed that the government should basically think for everyone because piece were stupid and that only the postulate and its pattern loafer answer in the long circumstance aspect. Government was extremely consequential in Confucianism. A ruler had to be darling in order for his subjects to be good and obey him. Legalism focused so strongly on law breaking that there were even spies. Confucians believed history and poetry are educational resources and people can study them to further condition themselves. Confucianism was even pro societal mobility if you tried and studied challenging enough you could go from having a bad life to pitiable up in the ranks and having a good one.
