Friedman Family Assessment Terri L Bray NUR/405 February 13, 2012 Helen Woolf Friedman Family Assessment This family consists of ii uncles, MT, and JE, a nephew JT, and a niece LD. MT and JE be a gay partnered couple. two are caucasion as are the minorren. The sister to MT passed off a little over a year ago and go away her two children, ages two and ten to be raised by her brother and his partner. The family lives in Adams Center, new-fangled York. They currently make a pigeon berry and pay lot rent in the trailer park. The uncle MT, was born in Watertown, parvenue York, and is a caregiver in the homes of elderly people in the community. JE was born in Malone, New York, and is a writer and works from home. The niece LD was born in Boise, Idaho, and attends the local anaesthetic elementary school. The nephew JT, was born in Watertown, New York. They are a middle-class family and attend the Catholic Church. The chief(a) language of the f amily is English. Both uncles are high school graduates and neither have attend college. The nephew is in Eriksons developmental dress up of autonomy vs. shame. During this represent we learn to master skills for ourselves. We learn to walk, talk, eat up ourselves, and toilet training.

During this item we develop self-esteem, learn right from wrong, and bump off more obligate over our bodies. The niece is in Eriksons developmental stage of patience vs. inferiority. During this stage we are capable of learning, creating, and accomplishing numerous new skills and knowledge. This is too a very social stage of developmen t and if we capture unresolved feelings of ! inadequacy and inferiority among our peers, we raise have sedate problems in terms of competence and self-esteem. This child is having a toughened time in this stage. She has problems with expressing her feelings and has behavioral problems. She has no self-esteem and is having a difficult time.
